Since 2011, American Disability Representatives Institute (ADRI), has been providing low cost advocacy, non-attorney representation, educational, and consultive services to agencies and individuals/families with disabilities. Over 27 million Americans are suffering from two or more chronic illnesses, and it is our job to help Americans with disabilities get the benefits they deserve. We aim to make a positive impact on the growing disabled community in the best possible way through low cost and affordable representation and advocacy that will increase their chances to go through the due processes when necessary.
The founders of our organization are people who have disabilities, so we understand the financial burden of relying on for-profit law firms who charge a lengthy amount for limited services. Most law firms only focus on social security services, while we assist with state benefits, legal counseling, the entire filing process, and more. We'll make sure this whole process is handled from start to finish. With our pre-application assessment, you may not even have to meet a judge. If you hire us, we will start the process even before you have filled out an application. We won't charge you a fee until we win your case.
For any consultations that are disability-related such as Immigration, Family ADA Compliance, IDEA-related, Reasonable Accommodations, or other disability-related matters, we have a $250 per-hour consultation arrangement for you to consider. Feel free to ask questions about services that are beyond the list offered on this website.

This includes filing and fair hearing if denied for medical/eligibility reasons.

Sometimes your income and your resources make you ineligible for Medicaid. Each state has its own separate Medicaid eligibility guidelines, and our experienced Medicaid consultants and legal advocates are always there to help you with your application and appeal process if your case is denied. We also assist with overpayment and underpayment issues.
People with disabilities go through many hardships and may need to seek assistance in areas that do not fall under our list of services. That is where our experienced team can still assist. We're working with lawyers from your state who are knowledgeable in various court hearings or legal consultations. They can help advise in areas where we cannot help. If legal help is required with outside lawyers/legal consultants, a separate and required fee agreement can be prepared.

We recommend a medical analysis, and psychological evaluation through an established physician/psychologist. We can refer you to a medical professional, who can grant you a diagnosis that will help you achieve U.S. Citizenship.

When children become adults, parents find themselves unable to make decisions for their adult child with disabilities. It is wise for parents to decide in advance whether they should seek assistance if they believe their child cannot manage their day-to-day life alone. Legal guardianship often becomes necessary to stay on top of all the daily needs of a parent’s special needs child. We can help you get legal guardianship of your disabled child if they are mentally unable to manage their financial matters, ADLs, independent living situations, etc.
If your disability case is denied and you pass 60 days without appealing, often agencies will ask you to re-apply. Feel free to contact us so we can reopen your old case.
Children with disabilities/developmental delays such as Autism, PDD, Cognitive Delays, Physical Delays, and other illnesses may need therapy, special education, and psychological evaluations to qualify for educational and therapeutic services to overcome disabilities and delays/developmental milestones. We often assist parents by attending with them as their advocate to help them get all the services they need such as reasonable accommodations, in-home therapies, in-school therapies, and teacher assistants/paraprofessionals, and ask for additional help for the student to accomplish their academic goals in school settings. Often, parents are not happy with what they receive from the Board of Education settings. We can assist you with the negotiation process, and educate you about your rights, and due process if those rights are violated according to state/federal law.
Providers/Employers: Private, public, or non-profit service providers ask for regulatory issues that often force them to comply with the American with Disability Act and 504 regulatory compliances.
